HOUSE GUIDELINES

Upon Arrival 

 Formal Intake will include but not be limited to: 

  • a. Application will be filled out and signed 
  • b. Background Check will be reviewed  

i. If background check meets Port Huron City Ordinance #17-015 Applicant will be accepted. 

  • c. House Guideline will be reviewed by applicant and if agreed upon will be signed with copy given to applicant and copy retained by Vision Quest 
  • d. All disclosure, disclaimers and privacy documents will be signed and retained by Vision Quest. 
  • e. Relapse and Eviction Policies will be reviewed and signed (See Relapse and Eviction Poiicy) 
  • f. Applicant reviews and signs Rent and Deposit Agreement  

i. St Clair County Resident: $110 per week in advance 

1. $25 non-refundable deposit  

ii. Non St Clair County Resident: $110 per week in advance 

1. $25 non-refundable deposit 

2. $125 refundable deposit upon completion of Program or utilized for housing, transportation, etc upon relapse or eviction.  

  • g. Applicant will be assigned a house.
